Job Accounting

Viewing the Accounting Information

At any stage of work, from the Tools menu select Accounting.
The Accounting Viewer window appears, listing information related to all the
jobs that printed successfully via the Spire CX260.
Each row in the Accounting report contains information related to a specific job.
Notes:
•
To see additional columns, use the horizontal scroll bar.
•
You can remove all the information from the window whenever desired.
The columns indicate the following information:

Indicates the
Original name of the file related to this job (that
is, without the file extension)

Date and time the job first started printing
Total amount of time taken printing the job
Size of the media set for the job—for example,
Letter, A3, A4
Media type
