Processor Power Module

To remove a Processor Power Module (PPM):
1. Complete the preparation procedures. Refer to "Preparation Procedures" earlier in this
chapter.
2. Open the bezel door. Refer to "Bezel Door" earlier in this chapter.
3. Remove the access panel. Refer to "Access Panel" earlier in this chapter.
4. Locate the PPM to be removed.
5. Press the latches outward to release the PPM (1).
6. Pull the PPM away from the socket (2).

To replace a PPM, reverse steps 2 through 6.
