timer programming system eliminates the need to input channel, date, start and stop time data when setting the timer

record function. Simply key in the G-
timer is automatically programmed.
You have to set Guide Program numbers, which are assigned to each station for purposes of S
stations stored in your unit's memory to get proper results.
Before G-
setup you must have performed Auto Set Up (

After setting the Guide Program Numbers, channel positions may be incorrect if you stored or skipped channels. In this case, re-
perform Guide Program Number setting.

Enter the Guide Program number.
A Press rt to select "GUIDE PROGRAMME", then
press ENTER.
B Press rt to select the Guide Program number for the
desired station as shown in the TV listings. Then press
ENTER.
To change the Guide Program number in 10 increments, press
and hold rt.

Enter the receiving channel position number.

If the satellite broadcast is received on your unit's auxiliary
channel "L-2", select "L-2" for the channel position.
Repeat steps C and D as necessary.

Complete the setting.

"Guide Program (GUIDE PROGRAMME) number" refers to
the assigned TV station numbers, according to broadcast
area, for the G-
