Upload

The Upload menu lets you upload the current firmware and configuration switch files to a TFTP
server or HTTP host so that you can back up the switch.

File Upload

You can upload files either to a TFTP server or to an HTTP host.
To upload files:
1. Select Maintenance > Reset > File Upload. A screen similar to the following displays.

2. Under File Upload, select the TFTP or HTTP radio button:
• If you select the TFTP radio button to upload files to a TFTP server, complete the
following fields:
– File Type. Specifies either the firmware or the configuration file. Select one from the
drop-down list.
– TFTP Server IP Address. Specifies the IP address of the TFTP server.
– Destination File Name. Specifies the name of the firmware or configuration
destination file in the TFTP server.
