To change privileges for multiple users on a single folder
At the computer, click Start, All Programs, HP Media Vault, and

then Control Center.
On the Tools tab, click Customize HP Media Vault.

You are prompted for an administrator name and password if you set one
up. For additional information, see
On the Shared Folders tab, locate the folder you want to modify.

Click Edit.

Note: The Folder Access must be set to Private in order to set
sharing privileges for individual users. If you choose to set the Folder
Access to Public, you can set one password that all users share and
choose who you tell the password to.
Select the Folder Access level for each shared folder.

Only private folders show in this list. User's do not have access to new or
existing folders by default.
Full Access - The user can open, change, and create files and sub-
folders.
Read Only - The user can open files or folders but they cannot
create, rename, or change them.
None - The user cannot see the folder or access it in any way.
Click Save.
