Description
Cable to connect the control panel to the
system board.
40-pin cable connecting the system
board to the backplane that provides a
pathway for FDD, CD-ROM, and
control panel signals.
A standard grounded power cable.
Slimline form factor CD-ROM drive.
Printed wiring assembly to transfer IDE
signals from a small form factor IDE
connector to a standard 40-pin desktop
form factor IDE connector
Short 40-pin IDE cable.
Slimline floppy disk drive and slim line
floppy disk drive cable.
A SCSI hard disk drive, manufacturer
may vary.
SCSI backplane that conveys power
from the power supply to the hard disk
drives and SCSI signals between the
SCSI hard disk drives and the SCSI
controller, either the on-board SCSI
controller or the RAID controller. It
also designates the SCSI Ids.
Mounting unit for securing hard disk
drives in the hard disk drive bays.
Hard disk drive carrier with a plastic
front to be placed in a drive bay in lieu
of a hard disk drive.
Standard keyboards and mice.
Rocket switch near front of system that
integrates with the system BIOS to
detect when the case has been opened.
