MAINTENANCE CHART).
WARNING

CAUTION
Before changing a bulb, set the ignition
switch to position " " and allow a few
minutes for the bulb to cool down.
Wear clean gloves or use a clean, dry
cloth to handle the new bulb.
Do not put your fingerprints on the
bulb, as this may lead to overheating
and failure.
If you have handled the bulb with bare
hands, clean it with alcohol to avoid any
damage.
DO NOT PULL ON THE WIRES.

CHANGING THE HEADLIGHT
BULBS
Carefully read page 64 (BULBS).
The headlight accommodates:
– One low/high beam bulb (1).
– One parking light bulb (2).

To change the bulbs:
u Remove the front handlebar cover, see
p a g e 5 2 ( R E M O V I N G
HANDLEBAR COVER).

LOW / HIGH BEAM BULB
u Rotate the bulb socket (3) anticlockwise
and extract it from its seat.
u Press the low/high beam bulb (1) slightly
and rotate it anticlockwise. Remove and
replace it with a new one of equal rating.
PARKING LIGHT BULB
F R O N T
Do not pull on the wires to remove the
bulb holder.
u Grasp the parking light bulb holder (4)
and pull to extract.
u Withdraw the bulb (2) and replace it with
one of the same type.
