1. Feed speed/pressure too high.
2. Blade is not square to table.

2. Blade pitch too fine for cut.
3. insufficient blade cooling.

1. reduce feed pressure by relieving
pressure on the feed lever during operation.

3. Check coolant level/type, clean hoses, valves, and
nozzles.
4. inspect/clean/discard workpiece.
1. reduce feed pressure by relieving pressure on the

4. replace blade and follow blade break-in on page 5.
5. Check coolant level/type, clean hoses, valves, and
