Cisco SRP500 Series Services Ready Platforms Administration Guide (SRP520 Models)
When using the interface failover feature, the Interface Default Route automatically
selects the subinterface that is used to pass traffic redirected from a failed
interface.
To view the interface information, select a WAN interface from the WAN Interface
List. The WAN Interface Detail area displays information about the interface as
described in the table below.
WAN Interface Detail Settings
Name
Value
Link Status
Interface status; connected or disconnected.
IP Address
Public IP address of the interface.
Netmask
Subnet mask.
Gateway
IP address of the ISP server.
Host Name
Hostname, if applicable.
Domain Name
Domain name, if applicable.
MTU Type
Auto or Custom.
MTU Size
Current MTU size. This value is blank if set to Auto.
DNS 1,2,3
IP addresses of the DNS servers, if configured.
VLAN
If enabled, a IEEE 802. 1 q VLAN header is added to outbound
Encapsulation
traffic, allowing some Service Providers to control quality of
service based on associated IEEE 802. 1 p priority values.
VLAN ID
VLAN ID used if VLAN Encapsulation is enabled.
