This command performs an echo-back test.

The test data can contain up to 200 (00C8H) bytes.
Set the test data within the following ranges according to the communications
data length setting.
Data length
7 bits ASCII 20H to 7EH
8 bits ASCII 20H to 7EH or A1H to FEH
Response code
"1001" Command length too long
"2203" Operation error
"0000" Normal end
