Error message Possible cause
OUT OF SCREEN • The calibration camera's position
has shifted after its position and
zoom were adjusted.
RE-FOCUS • The calibration points on the
screen are not detected, even after
the focus is fine-tuned.
• The center positions of the two
projectors are outside the scope of
electronic calibration.
UNKNOWN SIGNAL • The image used for adjustment is
not detected.
NO CENTER POINT • An error had occurred with the
image used for adjustment.
• The calibration camera cannot
detect the image.
CAMERA SHAKE • The calibration camera shifted
during calibration.
OUT OF RANGE • An abnormal test pattern is
displayed.
• The projectors cannot be
controlled.

Solution
• Return to the main menu, and
perform calibration again.
• Reset the distortion correction
values. (Refer to the digital cinema
dual system's Installation Manual.)
• Return to the main menu, and
perform calibration again so that
the centers of the to projectors are
as close to each other as possible.
• Verify that the adjustment CPL is
being played back.
• Return to the main menu, and
perform calibration again.
• Check the installation environment
of the calibration camera. (Refer to
the digital cinema dual system's
Installation Manual.)
• Return to the main menu, and
perform calibration again.
