9 – Removing all grab handles
The description is for one component only. The procedure is identical for all further components.

Removing and installing/replacing the headlining (equipment specification without slide/tilt sunroof)
▶ Removing the grab handle
Unclip the roof function centre (FZD) (1) from the
clamps (2).
Thread the roof function centre (FZD) (1) out of the
guides (3).
Unlock and disconnect plug connections (1).
Unclip the cable for the roof function centre (FZD) (2)
from the cable clip.
Expand the grab handle (1) towards the bottom.
Disengage and remove the locking insert (2) with an
angle screwdriver (3) as shown.
