Make sure that the documents to be faxed meet the specifications and guidelines listed in this
section.

Size and Weight when using the SPF

The size of documents that you can load in the SPF depends on whether you load one sheet at a
time or several sheets at once.

The area of a document that is scanned by the machine while faxing is slightly smaller than the
actual document (original) size. Any text or graphics outside this area will not be scanned.
