Locate the Recline Adjustment Handle, as shown. Lift up on the Recline

Adjustment Handle to adjust the Base by sliding it forward or backward.
Locate the Bubble Level Indicator and adjust the Base recline to any
position that the Bubble falls between the lines on the Bubble Level
Indicator.
