ADJUSTING CROTCH STRAP
Adjust Crotch Strap if strap is underneath child.
When using Lap Belt Only installation (page 72), crotch strap must be
in Position 1 at all times.

Tuck the Buckle Tongues into the Buckle Tongue Pockets. Slide the lower
section of the Backrest Padding down and remove it from the sleeve
behind the top section of the Backrest Padding. Pull the crotch buckle
through the seat pad.

Pull the lower section of Backrest Padding and the Seat Bottom Pad
forward to locate the Crotch Strap Compartment below.
