One-touch editing preparation
The unit automatically identifies the type of tape.
Check that the tape's tabs (see page 44) are intact.

deck 2, and then insert a tape.
When the edit-record starts, the cassette
deck will automatically rewind the tape
back to the beginning where the record-
ing can be made. So you don't have to
rewind the tape in advance.

"QO B" lights up when the Dolby NR sys-
tem is on.
Press REV MODE to select —~>
mode for automatic two-sided

Editing of tracks in their original sequence

Allotting tracks to the tape without wasting tape
space (J. FIT)

To cancel one-touch editing:
Press 0 on the cassette deck.
The CD player also stops.
Use a tape of under 99 minutes.
© You cannot edit-record tracks numbering higher than 24.
