Cause of error occurrence (details)
A system error was detected.
A system error was detected.
Line test request was issued while the link was
stopped.
An error was detected in a remote station
when a line test was performed.
Prohibited SB was turned on.
The station number of a slave station is
outside of the range between "1 and 64".
The station number of the connected module
is overlapped (including occupied stations).
However, duplication of the head station
number is excluded.

the parameter setting.

Corrective action
Perform the following procedures:
(1) Check if the safety master module, safety
power supply module, and safety CPU
module are properly mounted on the safety
base unit.
(2) Check if the operation environment of the
safety master module is within the general
specifications for the safety CPU module.
(3) Check if the power capacity is sufficient.
(4) Check if the hardware of the safety master
module, safety CPU module and safety
base unit is normal, according to each
manual. In the case of failure, please
consult your local Mitsubishi Electric
representative for repair.
(5) If the problem is not resolved by the
actions above, please consult your local
Mitsubishi Electric representative.
Perform a line test while the link is
active.
Check if the remote station is operational and
if some cable is disconnected or not.
Do not turn on prohibited SB.
Set the station number of the slave station
within the range between "1 and 64".
Check the modules' station numbers.
Set a correct parameter.
Make the actual installation status and the
network parameter setting matched.
Issue the request after starting the data link.
Do not turn on prohibited SB.
