dedicated cables properly connected?

wire break, short-circuit, incorrect wiring, faulty connection,
nonconformance with the
cable
specifications)

Is there noise generated on the CC-
Link dedicated cable?
Yes
A hardware fault of the remote module may
be probable.
Replace the remote module .
No
Correct the transmission speed
setting.
No
Connect terminating resistors at
both ends.
No
Use terminating resistors compliant
with the CC-Link dedicated cable
specifications.
No
CC-Link dedicated
Connect the CC-Link dedicated
cables properly.

Check the following and take a
measure accordingly.
Are the transmission cable and the
power cable placed close to each
other ?
Is FG separated from the power
system grounding ?
Reduce the transmission speed and
check how often the error occurs.
