Read the LIMITED USE LICENSE AGREEMENT
(o-page 42)
Confirm that the floppy disk drive is installed.
Before removing the seal covering the power switch, please read the LIMITED USE LI¬
CENSE AGREEMENT. Removal of this seal indicates agreement to the terms specified. To
open the display, slide the latch located at the front and lift open the display. After you have
agreed to the terms, you may turn your computer on.
• Do hot slide the power switch repeatedly.
• After you have turned your computer ofT, you must wait ten seconds before you can
turhiit back on.

Set Windows up
The [Windows 95 Setup] will run after the computer is turned on. Simply follow the on¬
screen instructions.

• Please read the supplemental "Windows 95 Setup Procedure" for a more detailed
explanation (C^page 45).
• Moving the cursor (/^) or clicking buttons can be done through the touch pad (C^page 10).
• If the display or the sound quality is not right, you can adjust the brightness and
volume (c^page 48).

One 2HD formatted floppy disk needs to be prepared. First, write "Firstaid FD" on a blank
label, then stick this label on the floppy disk. Simply follow the on-screen instructions.

• Please store the "Firstaid FD" in a safe place. It will enable you to return your computer
to factory condition shodid any problems occur.
• Do not remove the floppy disk while the FDD indicator ([^ ) is on, power down your

About the CF-63 Quick Guide
• This is available as an on-line guide which includes information on the key input com¬
mands, Status LCD, DVD player and the "CF-63 Readme*'". The "CF-63 Readme*'"
also contains detailed information.
• For the Quick Guide, we recommend setting the Desktop area to "1024 by 768 pixels"
and the Color palette to "High Color (16 bits)" or more.
' Depending on the model, some informtuion may not be available in the Readme file.
