Electrical features
The electrical features described in this chapter are
standard provided on this generator. For all other
electrical features, see "Overview of the electrical
options" on page 67.
2.4.1
Control and indicator panels
To operate the generator, the QAS 14-20 control
panel contains a Qc1103™ or Qc2103™ controller.
This controller is located inside the control cubicle,
and communicates via a display located at the front.
The controller will carry out all necessary tasks to
control and protect the generator, which allows
operation in many different applications.

A1 .......Qc1103™ display
F10 ......Fuse
The fuse trips when the current from the
battery to the engine control circuit exceeds
its setting. The fuse can be reset by pushing
the button.
S2........Emergency stop button
Push the button to stop the generator in case
F10
of an emergency. When the button is
pressed, it must be unlocked, before the
generator can be restarted. The emergency
stop button can be secured in the locked
position with the key, to avoid unauthorized
use.

S20......ON/OFF switch
X25
Position O: No voltage is supplied to the
Qc1103™ module, the generator will not
start.
Position I: Voltage is supplied to the
Qc1103™ module, it is possible to start up
the generator.
