CAUTION:
Before moving the unit, do the following to ensure the disc trays are
empty.
Failure to do so will risk severely damaging the discs and the unit.
Press [DISC EXCHANGE],
The unit comes on autom_icaily and the drawer is opened,
_
The disc tray that was in the play position comes to the froat-
left position.
Press [DISC
SKIP] to rotate the disc
trays
and remove
the discs
from
all
the disc trays.
Press [_
OPEN/CLOSE]
to close the
drawer.
Press
[POWER
0)/I] to turn
the
unit
off.
If you pressed the wrong button, repeat the procedure from step 1.

To clean this unit, wipe with a soft. dry cloth.
If the surfaces are extremely dirty, use a soft cloth dipped in a soap-
and-water solution or a weak detergent solution.
*Never use alcohol, paint thinner or benzine to clean this unit.
*Before using chemically treated cloth, read the instructions that
came with the cloth carefully•
Choose discs with these marks E!
However, do not use irregulaiy shaped discs, such as heart-shaped.
(Discs of this sort can damage the unit.) []
• How to hold a disc

• If the surface is dirty
Wipe it with a damp cloth and then wipe dry. []
• If the disc is brought from a cold to a warm
environment, moisture may form on the disc
Wipe with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth before using the disc.
• Handling p_cautions
*Do not write on the label side with a ball-point pen or other writing
instrument.
*Do not use record cleaning sprays, benzine, thinner, static electric-
ity prevention liquids or any other seivent.
eDo not attach labels or stickers to discs. (Do not use discs with ex-
posed adhesive from tape or left over peeled-off s_ckers.)
*Do not use scratch-proof protectors or covers other than those
specified for use with this unit.
• Do not place or store discs in the following
places
*Locations exposed to direct sunlight
eHumid or dusty locations
*Locations directly exposed to a heat vent or heating appliance
