6.2. Inspection, selection and replacement of engine lubricating oil

The effect of lubricating oil on the engine: reducing friction, increasing sealing, cooling parts, cleaning parts and preventing rust.
If the quality of lubricating oil is poor, the use time is too long, or the amount of lubricating oil is insufficient, etc., it will accelerate the wear of
engine parts and reduce the service life of the engine; even cause the engine temperature to be too high, the clutch wear or burn out, power drop,
abnormal noise, and lubrication Wait.

The oil level must be checked before each use. An oil window is provided on
the right crankcase cover
Start the engine and run for 3 minutes, and wait 3 minutes for the engine to stop.
Park the motorcycle on a flat ground, and the whole vehicle is perpendicular to
the ground. At this time, the oil level should be between the upper and lower
scale lines of the oil window.
If the lubricating oil is insufficient, directly open the oil filler plug and add an
appropriate amount of lubricating oil. After installing the filler plug, check for
leaks.
