4.2.4.7 SNMPv1, 2 Notification Recipients
Configure SNMPv1 and 2 notification recipients on this page. The SNMPv1, 2 Notification Recipients screens in
Figure 4-2-32
appear.
The page includes the following fields:
Object
Description
Server Address
Indicates the SNMP trap destination address. It allows a valid IP address in dotted decimal
notation ('x.y.z.w'). It can also represent a legally valid IPv4 address. For example, '::192.1.2.34'.
SNMP Version
Indicates the SNMP trap supported version. Possible versions are:
Notify Type
Set the notify type in traps or informs.
Community Name
Indicates the community access string when send SNMP trap packet.
UDP Port
Indicates the SNMP trap destination port. SNMP Agent will send SNMP message via this port, the
port range is 1~65535.
Time Out
Indicates the SNMP trap inform timeout. The allowed range is 1 to 300.
Retries
Indicates the SNMP trap inform retry times. The allowed range is 1 to 255.
