Deleting Locked Print Files

Press the { { { { Printer} } } } key to display
the Printer screen.

Press [Locked & Sample Print Job
List].
A list of locked print jobs and sam-
ple print jobs stored in the machine
appears.

Select the file you want to delete
by pressing on it.
Note
❒ Press [U U U U Prev.] or [T T T T Next] to
scroll through the list.
❒ Press [Locked Print Job List] to
display only locked print jobs.
❒ Only one file can be selected at a
time.

Press [Delete].
The password screen is displayed.
E E E E
Enter the password using the
number keys and press [OK].
The delete confirmation screen is
displayed.
F F F F
Press [Yes].
After the file has been deleted, the
screen returns to the file list screen.
Note
❒ If you do not want to delete the
file, press [No].
