Possible cause and remedy
• Checkwhetherthepowercordisconnectedproperly.
• Turnthemainpowerswitchon.
• Press .
• Turnoffthemainpower,andthenturnitonagainafew
minuteslater.
• Switchtheinputsignal(see"Toswitchamonginput
signals"(page26)).
• Operatethemouseorkeyboard.
• CheckwhetherthePCisturnedon.
• WhenthePresenceSensorissetatavaluefrom"Level-1"
to"Level-4",themonitormayhaveshiftedtothepower
savingmode.Comeneartothemonitor.
• ThereisaprobleminthedevicethatusesDisplayPort
connection.Solvetheproblem,turnoffthemonitor,and
thenturnitonagain.Refertotheuser'smanualofthe
devicethatusesDisplayPortconnectionfordetails.
Thismessageappearswhenthesignalisnotinputcorrectly
evenwhenthemonitorfunctionsproperly.
