2-6. Adjustment sfter IRIS Control
Replacement (RCP-730)
After replacement of the control of the IRIS lever, adjust
IRIS gear (A) and IRIS gear (B) so that they mesh proper-
ly.
1. Fit IRIS VR plate to joystick bracket with the two
screws temporarily.

2. Move Joystick lever fully in the direction of
the arrow and turn the IRIS control fully clockwise.
Insert the setscrew into IRIS gear (A), taking care that
its tip does not protrude into the inside. Insert IRIS
gear (A) to the shaft of IRIS control through the hole
of joystick bracket so that the setscrew is in the
horizontal state.
Tighten the setscrew in a position to gear the IRIS gear
(A) with IRIS gear (B).

3. Move joystick lever fully in the direction of
the arrow A. Gear the IRIS gear (A) with IRIS gear
(B) while moving the hexagon support in the
direction of the arrow B as shown in the Fig.1.
Adjust the position of IRIS VR plate while swinging
the joystick lever from side to side a few times so
that the lever moves smooth without play .
Tighten the two screws in alphabetical order.
