RECEIVER
Sw tches the remote to control the
_eceiver(used to select the features such
as SLEEP,MCACC SETUP,etc). Also use
this button to set up surround sound
(page 44, page 51).

STANDARD
Press for Standard decod ng and to
swtch between the various Pro Logc II
and Neo:6 options (page 38).
ADVANCED SURROUND
Use to swtcb between the various
surround modes (page 39).
STEREO/DIRECT
Sw tches between direct and stereo play-
back. Direct playback bypasses the tone
controls and channel levels for the most
accurate reproduct on of a source
(page 39),
MIDNIGHT/LOUDNESS
Sw tches to Midnight or Loudness
listening (page 42).
CH SELECT
Selects a speaker when setting up the
surround sound of the receiver (page 52).
LEVEL +/-
Adjusts the levels of the surround sound
of the receiver (page 52),
TEST TONE
Sounds the test tone when setting up the
surround sound of the receiver (page 52).
MUTE
Mutes the sound (or restores the sound if
it has been muted).
EFFECT +/-
Adds or subtracts the amount of effect
with different advanced surround modes
(page 39),
