1. D+ external power terminal
To connect the battery string to the positive terminal of zeroCO
2. B+ power terminal
For parallel connection to the fi rst battery (the closest).
3. Switch breaker. It acts on the opening/closing of the high voltage DC output of the
BMS control module.
4. Start. To turn on the control module , press and hold the button for more than 5",
until you hear the beep.
5. B- power terminal
For parallel connection to the last battery (the farthest).
6. D- external power terminal
To connect the battery string to the negative terminal of zeroCO
7. Dry contact
Unused.
8. Reset. Press and hold to perform battery system recovery.
9. ADD. 6-bit switch to manually distribute the communication address. The MBMS
communication protocol requires each BMS to be identifi ed with its own address.
The lower position is OFF and corresponds to zero. The top position is ON and
corresponds to one.
In the BMS, switches 1 to 5 are used to allocate addresses. The sixth switch is for
support for a 120Ω resistor (terminal resistor). For the correct setting of switches on
BMS refer to the chapter "5.3.2 MBMS ADD Switch settings" at page 50.
10. CAN/RS485 communication terminal
Unused.
11. RS232 communication terminal
Used only by the technician in case of assistance.
12. LAN terminal
RJ45 port to be connected to the Ethernet switch on board zeroCO
communication with MBMS.
13. Link Port communication terminal
For communication between the control module and the fi rst battery (the closest).
14. 12V DC input/output terminal
Unused.
