Function keys enable personalization of the 4620 IP telephone. Functions
listed in this section are available only if the system administrator has
programmed them. If programmed, the function's abbreviated names will
appear on the telephone display menu corresponding to
This section lists the programmable functions available on the 4620 IP
telephone.

Absnt - Set Absent Text

Enables users to set an absent statement which appears in the callers' Tab
Field, e.g. Out of office until Thursday.

Acct - Account Code Entry

Account codes are used to track numbers dialled from the phone.
If programmed with data, the account code entered when programmed
must match a valid account code set on the telephone system. The
Acct key displays that number.
If programmed without data, ENTER ACCOUNT is displayed after
is pressed. Enter an account code and press # (Hash).
If the account code entered does not match a valid account code set on the
telephone system, RENTER ACCOUNT is displayed.

Acct key can be pressed before or during a call.

AD - Abbreviated Dial

This feature is similar speed dialling. The

Apear - Appearance

This function adds an additional call appearance line. There must be at
least 1 call appearance line for speed dial to function. Call appearance
must be assigned sequentially starting with the first call appearance/feature

AutCB - Automatic Callback

Sets a callback when free on busy extensions and callback when next used
on unanswered extensions.
This function does not require any data entered when programmed.
When an extension called does not answer or is busy, pressing
sets a callback on that extension. Whilst the callback is set, AutCB is
shown on a dark background. Pressing
