Overview of Function Keys
Function keys enable personalization of the 5610SW IP telephone. Functions listed
in this section are available only if the system administrator has programmed them.
If programmed, the function's abbreviated names will appear on the telephone

This section lists the programmable functions available on the 5610SW IP
telephone.
Absnt - Set Absent Text
Enables users to set an absent statement which appears in the callers' Tab Field,
e.g. Out of office until Thursday.
Acct - Account Code Entry
Account codes are used to track numbers dialed from the phone.
If programmed with data, the account code entered when programmed must match
a valid account code set on the telephone system. The

If programmed without data, ENTER ACCOUNT is displayed after

AD - Abbreviated Dial
This feature is similar speed dialing. The
