Replacing the heat exchanger fan in the filter cubicle (frame R8i)

Wear protective gloves and long sleeves. Some parts have sharp edges.
1.
Repeat the steps described in section
before you start the work.
2.
Remove the shrouding in front of the fan (if any).
3.
Disconnect the fan wiring. Remove the CIO module.
4.
Remove the four screws and pull the fan unit out.
5.
Remove the two screws in front of the heat exchanger.
6.
Install a new fan in reverse order.
