Initiate Sync Negotiation
This option determines whether the SCSI controller initiates
synchronous negotiation with the SCSI device.
When set to

, the SCSI controller initiates synchronous
negotiation with the SCSI device.

the SCSI controller is not set to negotiate data transfer (i.e., Initiate
Sync Negotiation is set to
