Calculator
There are three modes in Calculator; a basic calculator for
simple arithmetic operations, a scientific calculator for
more complicated calculations and a financial calculator.
To access Calculator:
1. In the Launcher mode, tap
Miscellaneous Application Launcher.
2. Select Calc. The on-screen calculator displays.
Using the Basic Calculator
In the Basic tab, you can perform any of the standard
mathematical operations, such as addition, subtraction,
multiplication, division and many advanced operations.
You can use the following options on the screen:
• Backspace- Clears the number you enter.
• CE and C- Clears the entire calculation and enables you
to begin a new calculation.
• MC- Clears any value that is stored in the calculator's
memory.
• MR- Recalls the stored value from memory and inserts it
into the current calculation.
• MS- Saves the current value in the calculator's memory
until the MC button is tapped.
• M+- Places the current number in the calculator's
memory until the MC button is tapped.
• SQRT- Computes the square root of the number
currently displayed.
