Deleting Addressbook Entries

You can delete a single entry, more than one entry, or all of
the entries in a specific category.
Note: If you delete an entry from Addressbook and
synchronise Addressbook with your computer, you are also
deleting the contact in Outlook or Mobile Desk on your
computer.
To delete an entry:
1. Select an entry you want to delete from the
Addressbook list.
2. Tap at the bottom of the screen or tap Tool and
then Delete.
Or tap and hold an entry and select Delete from the
pop-up menu.
3. When the confirming message displays, tap Yes to
delete the selected entry, or tap No to cancel.
To delete more than one entry:
1. On the Addressbook list, tap
entries on the screen.
If you want to delete all of the entries assigned to a
specific category, select a category first, and then tap
.
If you want to delete more than one entry, but not all,
tap and drag the stylus to select the entries. The
selected entries are highlighted.
2. Tap at the bottom of the screen or tap Tool and
then Delete. When the confirming message displays,
tap Yes to delete them.
