Inbox: If you synchronise your device with Microsoft
Outlook through PopSync, PopSync copies the mail
messages from the Inbox of Outlook.
Sent: stores all of the mail messages that have been sent
during synchronisation to Outbox of Outlook on your PC.
Draft: stores draft messages that have not been sent. If
you synchronise your device with Microsoft Outlook
through PopSync, the messages are sent to the Outbox of
Outlook.
PopSync: A folder that is synchronized with PopSync
folder of the Outlook on your PC. The PopSync folder is
created automatically when the device is synchronised
with a PC.
Online Message Folders
Messages display in one of folders for each service you
have created: Inbox, Sent and Draft.
If you want to organize messages into additional folders,
on the Message Box screen, tap Tool and then
Management.
• To make a new folder: Set the location of new folder by
tapping and tap New. Then enter the folder name and
Tap OK.
• To rename a folder: Tap a folder to rename, and tap
Rename, enter the folder name to change and tap OK.
• To delete a folder: Tap a folder to delete, and tap
Delete and then tap OK. You can not delete the default
folders.
•To move a message to another folder:Tap and hold the
message and then tap Move to on the pop-up menu.
Select the folder you want and tap the OK button.
