2. Enter the title for the new schedule in the Title field.
3. To assign the appointment to a category, tap the
Category field and select a category from the list. You
can display your schedule by category on the Schedule
screen.
You can create a new category by tapping the Edit
button on the Category screen. You can also edit or
delete categories. For details, see page 3-9.
4. Select the type of event. Tap the Type field to choose
Appointment, Meeting, Telephone, Etc or
Memorial Day. When you select the Memorial Day,
the All day option is checked automatically.
5. Tap the Starts and Ends date fields to change them.
When the calendar displays, select the date when the
event begins and ends.
Tap to select today.
6. If the scheduled event lasts all day, check the All day
box. Or tap the time field and select the starting and
ending time from the pop-up time list.
7. If you want to set an alarm for the appointment, tap
the Alarm field and select the time to ring the alarm
from the pop-up list. When you set an alarm, the alarm
indicator displays next to the appointment in the Day
view. If you don't want to set an alarm, select None.
