2. The Control bar appears at the bottom left of the
screen. Using the Control bar, you can use the
following functions:
• To view the first slide, tap
• To view the last slide, tap
• You can also view the slide you want by tapping the
page number in the arrow field on the Control bar.
Additional Office Viewer Options
Reading a presentation file electronically gives you several
options. When you view a Microsoft PowerPoint file, some
options are not available.
1. Tap View at the bottom of the screen and select the
option you want. The following options are available:
• First Page: views the first slide.
• Prior: views the previous slide.
• Next: views the next slide.
• Last Page: views the last slide.
2. Tap Tool at the bottom of the screen and select the
option you want. The following options are available:
• Show: shows the slide in the full screen. To go back
to the initial view, tap the screen.
• Smart Stylus: views the slide easily using the smart
stylus.
