Use this menu to check the amount of the memory
currently being used or memory remaining for media
contents, such as applications, melodies, and images.
Rotation mode
(Menu 9.8)
Use this menu to specify a feature to open
automatically when you rotate the phone display.
When you rotate the display, you can get a wide
screen view, making the phone's entertainment
features, such as camera, game, MP3 music, and VOD,
that mush more enjoyable.
Airplane mode
(Menu 9.9)
In an airplane, all calls are restricted for safety and
you must turn off the phone. However, if you need to
use your phone, except call functions, use Airplane
mode which disables all call functions of your phone.

To save the time and expense of an unnecessary
service call, perform the simple checks in this section
before contacting a service professional.
When you switch on your phone, the following
messages may appear:
"Card is empty. Insert card"

Be sure that the card is correctly installed.
"PIN code"
•
You are using your phone for the first time. You
must enter the PIN supplied with the SIM card.

The PIN check feature is enabled. Every time you
make a call, the PIN has to be entered. To disable
this feature, use the PIN check menu.
"No service," "Network failure," or "Not done"
displays
•
The network connection has been lost. You may be
in a weak signal area. Move and try again.
