Menu functions
Emergency numbers
Your phone provides the option of storing three
emergency numbers. All of these numbers can be
manually dialled at any time, even if your phone is
locked, all outgoing calls are restricted, or the UIM
card is not inserted.
Storing an emergency number
1. Select a location.
2. Press and hold [CLR] to clear the existing number.
3. Enter a number and press <Save> to save the
number.
• 100, 101, and 102 will remain as emergency
numbers, even if you change them on the
emergency number list.
• When the UIM card is not inserted, press <SOS>
to dial the default emergency number, 100. The
other numbers can be dialled manually.
Making an emergency call in Lock mode
Enter one of the programmed emergency numbers
and press [

Voice privacy
(Menu 9.4.5)
Used only in digital networks, Voice Privacy encrypts
the voice channel so that people cannot eavesdrop on
your conversation. Use this menu to enable or disable
Voice privacy.
Standard: the phone uses a standard line for
calls.
Enhanced: the phone makes and receives calls on
an encrypted high security line.
This feature may not be available in all areas.
Contact your service provider for details and its
availability.
Clear memory
(Menu 9.4.6)
Use this menu to erase Phonebook entries or
messages stored on the UIM card and in phone's
memory.
1. Select Phonebook or Messages.
2. Select the memory location you want to clear.
3. Press <Yes> to confirm the clearing.
