Organiser
(Menu 8)
The Organiser menu enables you to keep track of
your schedule and tasks, set alarms, or use
convenient features, such as a remote controller,
calculator, voice recorder, counter, and memo pad.
To access this menu, press <Menu> in Idle mode and
select Organiser.
Today
(Menu 8.1)
Use this menu to schedule new events for the current
date. Events scheduled for future dates automatically
appear on your Today display for that particular day.
Schedule and access events as you would in the
Scheduler.
Scheduler
(Menu 8.2)
Use this menu to view the current month, as well as
the past or future months in the calendar format. You
can be alerted by the Scheduler function before an
event commences.
When you access this menu, today's date is
automatically selected and the date in lunar calendar
displays on the bottom.
On the calendar, press <Option> to access the
following options:
•
View: access the events stored for the selected
day.
•
Add new: add a new event to the selected day.
•
Erase events: erase scheduled events
individually.
•
Erase all: erase all of the events in the calendar.
•
Jump to date: enter the date you want to access.
Scheduling an event
You can schedule up to 9 events for one day and 20
events total.
1. Select a day from the calendar.
To move to the next or previous month, press
[ / ].
