Taking a photo
1. Access the Take photo menu or press and hold
[
] in Idle mode. You can also rotate the display
to view a wider image.
The camera turns on and the image to be captured
displays.
2. When you use the camera first time, press [2] to
change the preview screen until the
appears.
3. Press [1] and select the camera mode you want:
•
Single shot: take a photo.
•
Serial shot: take a serial of action stills.
•
Divided shot: take several stills and saves them
in one frame.
•
Video cam: record a video.
•
Picture msg.: take a photo for adding to a
picture message.
•
Video msg.: record a video for adding to a
video mssage.
4. Adjust the image by rotating the camera lens and
aiming it at the subject.
•
You can use the following keys to customise the
image settings.

Function
Flips the image vertically.
Shows the mirror image.
Zooms in or out.
Adjusts the image brightness.
Changes the camera mode.
Switches the display between
the full screen view, non-icon
view, grid line view, and actual
ratio view.
Sets the time delay.
Goes to the My album folder.
