Voice memo

You can record and review voice memos.
Recording a voice memo
When there is no voice memo recorded, selecting the
Voice memo initiates recording.
1. Record a memo by speaking into the microphone.
While you are recording, a timer displays to show
you the elapsed time.
Press <Pause> to pause recording and then press
<Continue> to resume.
2. Press <Stop> to end recording. The screen
provides you with the following choices:
•
Save: save the voice memo.
•
Re-record: discard the current memo and
record another one.
•
Review: play the voice memo. The screen
displays the length of the memo.
3. When you are satisfied, select Save.
4. Enter a title for the memo and press <OK>.
Playing a voice memo
Once you have recorded voice memos, the latest
memo displays when you access the Voice memo
menu. Scroll to the voice memo you want and press
<Play> to play the memo.
Using voice memo options
On the Voice memo screen, press <Menu> to access
the following options:
•
New record: record a new voice memo.
•
Play: play the selected voice memo.
•
Erase: erase the selected voice memo.
•
Erase all: erase all voice memos.
•
Rename: change the file name.
•
Speaker/Receiver: play the selected voice memo
using the speakerphone feature.
