Menu functions
Auto scroll: set the time interval in which the
phone scrolls to the next screen, 1 through 5
seconds.
When this option is set to Off, you can manually
scroll to the next screen using [Up] or [Down].
Msg reminder: set how often the phone reminds
you of new messages.
New messages: customise the settings for your
outgoing messages.
Save message: set whether or not you want the
sent message to be saved in the Outbox.
Alert on call: set whether or not the phone
informs you when you receive a new message
during a call.
Msg wallpaper: select a background image to be
displayed on the Message screen so that you can
view messages with the image.
Auto delete: set whether or not the phone will
automatically erase the oldest message when the
phone's memory is full and a new message is
received.

Quick SMS
(Menu 5.2.8)
Quick SMS is a way of sending short, simple messages
that are delivered immediately to other people by
using preset template messages.
Creating the buddy list
1. On the Quick sms screen, select View members.
2. Select an entry from the Phonebook list.
3. Press <OK>. The selected entry adds to the buddy
list.
4. To add more entries, press <Add> and repeat
from step 2.
After saving entries, press <Option> to access the
following options:
Erase: erase the entry from the buddy list.
Erase all: erase all entries from the buddy list.
Starting your messenger
1. On the Quick sms screen, select Setting → On.
2. In Idle mode, press [CLR] four times.
The phone sends an SMS message using the preset
message to the recipient you have predefined.
