Parking a call and Picking up a Parked call
To park a call
While on the call, press the button designated as a Park/Pickup destination and then hang up.
The button will flash to indicate at least one call is parked at that destination.
To pickup a parked call
While not on a call, press the flashing button designated as a Park/Pickup destination.
NOTE
Using Group Call Pick-up
You can use Group Call Pick-up to answer calls that are ringing on other phones within a group.
To use Group Call Pick-up
Press the flashing button designated as a Park/Pickup button for the required Pick-up Group.

Before you can use the Park feature, your system administrator will need to
provision at least one Park/Pickup destination button. Alternatively, you can use the
User Web Portal (if enabled) to provision the required buttons on your phone.
Before you can use the Group Pick-up feature, your system administrator will need
to create Pick-up Groups, assign the members and provision park/Pick button(s) on
your phone. If pick-up groups have already been configured, you can use the User
Web Portal (if enabled) to provision the required buttons on your phone.
