Important: Many of these diagnostic tests require a disc with a Perfect Print index mark. To obtain this disc, either run Diagnostic 1 to create a disc with an index mark (Prism Printer only), or call 800-553-8312, option 1, and order Rimage part number 202574-001. -
Page 4: Support Information
If the lift arm incorrectly determines the number of discs in the bin, does not pick the last disc in the bin, or drops the CDs into the recorder or printer from an incorrect height, it may need to be calibrated.
