Deleting Locked Print Files

A Locked Print file can be deleted by the file creator (owner) or file administra-
tor.
Limitation
❒ For the file creator (owner) to delete the Locked Print file, the file password is

required. If the file creator (owner) has forgotten the password, the file ad-
ministrator must delete the file.

Press the { { { { Printer} } } } key.

Press [Locked & Sample Print Job List].

Press [Locked Print Job List].

Select the file.

Press [Delete].
F F F F
Enter the password of the Locked Print file, and then press [OK].

Press [Yes].
