The configuration of the following jumpers controls the drive's mode of
operation:
Maxtor Hard Disk Drive
Table 5-6 Maxtor Hard Disk Drive Jumper Settings
J50:Master/Slave DESCRIPTION
On Drive configured as a Master, or
Drive configured as a Master, with an attached Slave
Off Drive configured as a Slave.
