Separate the top edge of the display panel assembly from the back cover.
11.
Position the tablet on its back cover with the bottom edge toward you.
12.
Release the retention tape (1) that secures the battery cable to the system board.
CAUTION:
When disconnecting the battery cable, use the battery cable connector. Do not use the battery
cable. Failure to follow this caution can result in damage to the battery cable.
13.
Disconnect the battery cable (2) from the system board.
