SETUP

Position the front fender and mount and tighten the screws.

Release the axle clamp screws and remove the wheel spindle.

Install the front wheel.

Mount the handlebar cushion.

Install the start number plate.

The markings on the handlebar should be at the center of the handlebar
clamps.
Keep the gap widths equal when tightening.
