OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
USING THE ANKLE CUFF AND HANDLEBAR
Refer to the illustration below. Adjust the two RESISTANCE ARMS(99, 100) to point down. Wrap the
ANKLE CUFF(116) onto your ankle. Hook one of the TENSION CORDS(95, 98), or both to the D ring on
the ANKLE CUFF(116) with the HOOK(127). Put your hands on the HANDLEBAR(21), then move your
leg with the ANKLE CUFF(116) to workout.
CAUTION: Always use HANDLEBAR(21) when performing standing exercises.
